  1. combine, meat , onion, bread crumbs, parsley, salt, pepper, garlic powder, worcestershire sauce, egg, and milk in a bowl and mix by hand..
  2. shape into meatballs the size of walnuts..
  3. brown in skillet with oil. place meatballs as they get done in slow cooker. once they are all in cook for 30 minutes covered, on high. it just gets the crock pot hot..
  4. in drippings from frying meatballs add salt, the other 1/2 the onion, pepper, broth & paprika. add broth and sour cream..
